premises of the Honorary Secretary of Orissa Olympic Association on
28.03.2006 and also Survey operation u/s. 133A of the I.T. Act, 1961 was
conducted in the business premises of the assessee Association and
demands were raised for the A.Ys.2002-2003 to 20.07-08 and the same
preferred second appeal
