v. Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. in ITA No. 336 of 2013, the Hon'ble Bombay High Court has also decided that in case of wheeling charges, no TDS is deductible either u/s.1941 or U/S.194J. Since tax is not deductible on the payments made as transmission/wheeling charges, no addition u/s.40(a)(ia) can be made. Accordingly; the addition
