In respect of addition made on account of Term deposit of Rs.20Lakhs, we note that the assessee has furnished the banker’s certificate stating that the assessee has not made any deposit of Rs.20.00 Lakhs in his name and hence we are of the view that the AO and that of the ld.CIT(A) has erred in making addition
