195) In the instant case, in view of repeal of Act Nos. 27 & 28 of 2020, proposing to establish three capitals i.e Administrative Capital at Visakhapatnam, Legislative Capital at Amaravati and Judicial Capital at Kurnool, the public interest is vanished, though the Government proposed to introduce another Bill after consultation with the stakeholders after overcoming the legal hurdles
