D E R VIJAY PAL RAO, J.M.: This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order dated 31.10.2022 of the ld. CIT(A), NFAC, New Delhi arising from penalty order passed under section 271A of the Income Tax Act for the Assessment Year 2017-18. 2. The assessee has raised the following grounds of appeal:- “i.
