Ld.AR further submitted that Assessee was not liable to pay any Advance Tax during the year. Ld.AR invited our attention to Section 207(2)(b) of the Act. Ld.AR further submitted that the Actual Sale of the Land took place in next Assessment Year i.e. 2014-15 and Assessee ... Senior Citizen was not required to pay any Advance Tax. 7.
