This appeal lays a challenge to the order dated 14.07.2022 passed in ITA No. 4479/DEL/2019, which is an appeal filed by the Assessee/respondent, wherein the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal has on the issue relatable to Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 has remanded the matter back to the Assessing Officer by stating in paragraph 12 of the impugned order as under : “12.
