Sudhakar Reddy, AM :- Both these appeals are filed by the revenue and are directed against separate but identical orders of the ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) - 2, (hereinafter the “ld. CIT(A)”), passed u/s. 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the ‘Act’), dt. 07/11/2017 & 22/02/2018, for the Assessment Years 2013-14 and 2014-15 respectively. The cross- objection has been filed by the assessee in ITA No. 131/Kol/2018 for the Assessment
