Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre (hereinafter referred to as “NFAC”), Delhi (hereinafter referred to as “CIT(A)”) both dated 05.12.2024 passed under Section 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) .

At the time of hearing both the appeals of the assessee, written requests vide applications both dated 12.02.2026 filed by assessee were referred to by the Ld. Counsel for the assessee
