ORDER Per Girish Agrawal, Accountant Member:- This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax -2, Kolkata, (hereinafter the ‘ld. Pr. CIT’), dt.23.03.2020, passed u/s 263 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter ‘the Act’), for the Assessment Year 2015-16.
2. The moot point involved in the present appeal of the assessee before us is on challenging the jurisdiction assumed by the Ld. PCIT for the revisionary proceedings and passing the impugned order u/s 263 of the Act.

Ld. PCIT noted at Para 2 in the impugned order that Ld.
