O R D E R Manoj Kumar Aggarwal (Accountant Member) 1. Aforesaid appeal by assessee for Assessment Year (AY) 2015-16 arises out of appellate order dated 10/02/2019 passed by learned Commissioner of Income-Tax (Appeals)-1, Mumbai.
The Ld. AR, at the outset, placed on record assessee’s letter dated 29/09/2021 wherein it has been submitted that the Trustee of the assessee Trust would like to withdraw the appeal and seek permission to do the same. The Ld. DR did not object to the same. Considering the contents of the letter, we allow the assessee to withdraw the appeal.
