This appeal by assessee has been directed against the order of Ld. CIT(A)-12, New Delhi dated 29.08.2019 for AY 2015-16.
Ld. Counsel for assessee seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as the matter in issue has been settled in Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and form no. 3 have already been issued.
In view of the above, appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
