The present appeal filed by the assessee are directed against the order passed by the CIT(A) NFAC, Delhi, which in turn arises from the order passed by the A.O. u/s 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for A.Y. 2020-21.
At the outset, the ld. A.R. for the assessee brought to our notice that the assessee would like to withdraw its appeals. Hence, we dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.
