This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order dated 25.03.2019 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)- Karnal relating to Assessment Year 2015-16.

Before us, at the outset, Learned AR submitted that the assessee would like to withdraw the appeal filed against the order passed under section 263 of the Act. Learned DR has no objection in view of the submission of the Learned AR.

We have heard the rival submissions and perused the material on record. In view of the aforesaid request of Ld. A.R, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
