This appeal by the assessee against the order dated 18-07-2017 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-13, Pune for assessment year 2013-14.
The ld. AR filed application dated 20-02-2020 requested to withdraw the present appeal.
Shri T. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, the ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeal.
4. In view of the request made by the assessee/appellant the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
